Cutting zucchini into slices is the first step. This is because if you leave the skin on, it will not be easy to peel off later. Also, if you cut the zucchini into slices, you can easily remove the seeds from the center. Step 2: Place in Freezer Bags Place the sliced zucchini in freezer bags. Make sure to write down what is in each bag. This helps you know how much you have left. Step 3: Put in Freezer Storage Container Once you have filled all the bags, put them in a freezer safe storage container and label it with the date and contents of the zucchini. Step 4: Enjoy!
