I tested five methods to see which was the best way to reheat corned b.

I tried heating corned beef in the oven and I found that it was not as good as reheating it in the microwave. I heated it in the microwave for about 10 minutes and it came out perfect. It was tender and juicy. I did not notice any difference between the two methods.

An important note about this method –

Bring the water almost but not quite to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the corned beef reaches 160°F 70°C, about 2 hours. Remove the corned beef from the liquid and drain well. Pat dry with paper towels. Transfer the corned beef to a shallow container. Pour the cooking liquid into a measuring cup. Skim off any fat that accumulates on top. Return the liquid to the pot. Bring the liquid to a boil over medium high heat. Boil the liquid until reduced to 3 cups, about 15 minutes. Pour the hot liquid over the corned beef. Cover and refrigerate overnight. To serve, slice the corned beef and arrange on a platter. Serve with horseradish sauce.
