How to reheat mussels in broth:

I love mussels! I had never cooked them until recently. I was given a recipe from my friend who grew up eating mussels in Italy. She said she learned how to cook them from her grandmother. It’s easy to make and tastes delicious. 1 pound of cleaned mussels 2 tablespoons of butter 3 cloves of garlic minced 1 tablespoon of flour 1/2 cup of milk salt & pepper 1 loaf of bread cut into slices olive oil Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Put the mussels in a colander and rinse under cold running water. Drain well. Place the mussels in a large bowl. Add the butter, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss gently to coat. In a separate bowl whisk together the flour and milk. Pour the mixture over the mussel mixture and toss gently to combine. Transfer to a greased baking sheet.
