A note on my experiment
I did not test any method of reheating biryani. I cooked the biryani using only the oven method. I used the same ingredients and followed the recipe exactly. I heated the oven to 180 degrees Celsius 356 Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes. After that I removed the dish from the oven and let it sit for another 10 minutes. Then I placed it back into the oven and heated it again for another 15 minutes. This was repeated until the dish reached the desired temperature.
Reheating biryani in a skillet

To reheat biryani, place the kadail in a preheated skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet. Once the oil is heated, pour half of the cooked biryani into the skillet. Stir well. Repeat the process with the remaining biryani.
