Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. In a heavy skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté the onions, carrots, celery, and garlic until softened, about 10 minutes. Stir in the spices and salt. Ingredients: 2 cups cooked ramen noodles or any other type of pasta 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup sesame seeds 1/3 cup scallions 1/3 cup cilantro leaves 1/3 cup jalapeno peppers seeded and diced 1/3 cup green bell pepper diced 1/3 cup red bell pepper diced and seeded 1/3 cup yellow bell pepper diced, seeded and drained 1/3 cup cucumber peeled and diced 1/4 cup ginger root finely chopped 1/4 cup garlic cloves finely chopped 2 tablespoons lime juice 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt Directions: Combine all ingredients except the salt in a bowl. Ingredients: 3 medium sized ripe tomatoes cut into wedges 6 ounces mozzarella cheese cut into cubes 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup basil leaves 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley leaves 1/2 cup mint leaves 1/2 cup chives 1/2 cup parmesan cheese Instructions: In a large bowl add the tomatoes, mozzarella, herbs, and parsley. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Mix together until combined. Combine flour and milk in another bowl; stir well. Dip each potato slice in flour mixture, shake off excess, dip in egg mixture, and coat completely with Parmesan cheese.
