It’s also very easy to grill. Just brush the spears with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill the spears until they’re slightly charred but still crisp. Here’s what you’ll need: 1/2 cup diced pineapple, 1/4 cup diced mango, 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper, 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/8 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper. Combine everything together in a bowl and serve immediately. 6 – Roasted Sweet Potatoes Sweet potatoes are a wonderful side dish. They’re full of nutrients and taste amazing roasted. To roast the sweet potatoes, preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Peel the skin off the sweet potato and cut into wedges. Toss the wedges with olive oil, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Place the wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the wedges for about 30 minutes or until tender. Remove from the oven and let cool. Once cooled, toss the wedges with a mixture of maple syrup and butter. Sprinkle with paprika and enjoy!

Add the scallions and sauté for about 3 minutes. Add the rice and stir to coat the grains with oil. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Let the rice cook for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Crack two eggs into the rice and scramble them. Cook for an additional minute or two, until the egg whites are set and the yolks still runny. Add the peas and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately. 7 – Easy Chicken Salad Sandwich This sandwich is quick and easy to make. It’s perfect for lunch or dinner.
