Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Set aside. Heat remaining tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped bacon and cook 3 minutes or until crisp. Transfer bacon to paper towels to drain. Pour off fat from skillet. Return to stovetop and add green beans. Cook 4 minutes or until heated through. Serve topped with bacon. 2 – Potato Salad

7 – Creamy Au Gratins Potatoes 2 cups of milk 4 tablespoons butter 3/4 cup flour Salt & Pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place potatoes in a medium sized saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender. Drain well and set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, butter, and flour. Season with salt and pepper. Add the milk mixture to the potatoes and stir well. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with roasted asparagus and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 4.
