A note on my experiment
I tried four different methods to reheat enchiladas. Method 1 was using a regular oven. Method 2 was using a convection oven. Method 3 was using a microwave oven. And method 4 was using a stove top. Method 1: Using a regular oven I heated the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then I put the enchiladas into the oven and let them bake for about 20 minutes. After that, I took the pan out of the oven and checked if the enchiladas were done. It turned out that the enchiladas weren’t completely cooked. So I went back to the oven and baked them for another 10 minutes. This time around, the enchiladas looked good. But after I tasted them, I found out that they were still not fully cooked. So I decided to go ahead and bake them for another 5 minutes. Finally, after 15 minutes of baking, the enchilada’s were ready!
Reheating enchiladas in a skillet
You could try heating the enchiladas in the same skillet you used to cook them. Just remember to turn off the burner when you take the enchiladas out of the skillet. Method 2: Using a convection oven I heated the convection oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and placed the enchiladas inside. I set the timer for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes had passed, I checked on the enchiladas. They were still raw! So I went back to check again after 45 minutes. Still no luck. I went back to check after 60 minutes. To my surprise, the enchilados were already fully cooked!
